Match Scheduling: Matches must be played on the dates posted above. Teams will NOT be allowed to play matches after these dates for ANY reason. The scheduling process will remain the same as during the regular season with teams making use of our match scheduling system. Should a scheduling dispute arise, only the match scheduling system logs will be considered valid evidence.

Playoff Match Information: All of our divisions use the "Double Elimination" format, meaning that once a team loses two matches they are eliminated from the event. Servers will be available for teams on a first come first serve basis by contacting Support. Playoff matches end when either team reaches the required amount of rounds to guarantee a win. The team with the higher seed (lower number) is the home team and will be able to choose what side they would like to start on. Please report matches on the website directly after the completion of the match.

Dispute Guidelines:

  1. All disputes must be filed within 1 hour of the conclusion of each match.
  2. Teams will be allowed to dispute a maximum of 2 players per match.
  3. Any cheating dispute filed must include a paragraph description per player on where and when you thought the player(s) were cheating. (One-Liners will not be accepted.)
  4. In case of dispute ALL players must upload their POV demos to the CEVO FTP immediately after the conclusion of the match regardless of whether they were disputed or not.
  • Address: ftp://cevo.com
  • Username: disputes
  • Password: disputes
Files should be compressed and uploaded using this naming structure: CGS_round#_teamname_playeralias_YOURLASTNAME

Players that have been disputed and do not have demos uploaded within one hour of the conclusion of their match will have their matches automatically overturned.

Match Scheduling Support »————————————————————

For teams that were unable to play their matches by September 10th, all unplayed matches can be rescheduled for any time up through Wednesday, September 17th. Completed matches do not need to be replayed.

Teams who have not agreed on times will find that they are able to schedule matches up through Wednesday. Any team who scheduled a match for September 10th, but was not able to play due to issues with the CMN should contact support and request that your schedule be cleared so you can re-schedule with your opponents - OR - you can agree on a time with the other team and provide that date to support staff.
