No they are part of the Pan-Asia region
I wonder becasue they got #1 and 2nd in points they are in the Semi Finals already, but not listed and whoever wins Wuhan Dragon vs. Dubai Mirage and Singapore Sword vs. Kuala Lumpur Taufan goes against them in the Semi Finals and then the two teams that win the Semi finals goes to the Pan Asia Finals.
